• Customized, personalized, or engraved items cannot be canceled once production has started.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Pricing or listing errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Payment issues

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

4. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

• The order may not be eligible for cancellation.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
